I’m Giselle, an interior designer specialising in architectural design and spatial planning, for both old and new luxury residential properties.

My passion for design began unexpectedly after losing my mother at the age of twenty. Following her death, I was able to acquire the social housing property we had lived in and, on a budget of just two thousand pounds, transform it from a wreck into a bright, safe and uplifting home. I didn’t realise it at the time, but it was my first lesson in how powerful our surroundings can be in shaping the way we feel and live.

I began De Hasse twenty-three years ago with a promise to make a difference for my clients. A decade later, in 2012, I embarked on my own renovation journey, completing five very different properties.

With an aesthetic rooted in natural materials and a deep appreciation for craftsmanship, thoughtful layouts and layered lighting, every home I design, no matter its size, is about creating spaces that evoke warmth, calm, authenticity and soul.

My client projects span Kent, Surrey, London and the South West, as well as a property in Majorca.
